![]() The strong trend is AWAY from Windows built-in tools. The clear-cut exception is in the area of backup and imaging methods. Just as with many similar packages, you get tools to control. ![]() Who doesn't want to feel better?ĭitto for defragmenters and various other tools.the trend seems to be to use Windows own tools as much as possible. Advanced SystemCare 16 is the latest edition of IObits feature-packed PC maintenance suite. Some use it because they feel better for having done so, regardless of any noticeable difference. Some use Malwarebytes or others as a secondary tool. Many here use NOTHING except Windows Defender for malware and viruses. Advanced SystemCare is a great all-in-one PC utility that can scan, repair, and optimize many aspects of your system. It aims to remedy whatever ails your computer by not only cleaning up junk files, malware, and invalid registry entries, but by giving your computer a boost to optimize your PC experience. ![]() Apparently, Advanced System Care is bad for your computer, as are most 'PC-Boosting' programs out there. There's an easy fix to make sure it gets displayed at every boot-up: Drag a shortcut of PMonitor into Start -> All Programs -> Start Up, and you're set. Iobit is not mentioned often around here and the opinions tend to be unfavorable as I recall. The PMonitor is located here: C:\Program Files\IObit\Advanced SystemCare 4 Just Right-click drag that into your desktop, and select 'create shortcut' in the drop-down menu. ![]()
